You could definitely feel the holiday air in downtown Irving.
Several restored old cabins went on display at the city park in Irving. This long log cabin was eventually sold to a farmer in Nevada, Texas. It was bought back in the 80s by a conservation group. They spent a dozen years restoring it from a used animal barn to its original state.
