This month’s project is booksafe.  A little storage made out of thick, unused books.

The book I’m using is Reader’s Digest Annual Condensed Books, credit to the library.

My best friend from middle school, Aimee Lai.  Aimee arrived in the States around the same time I did. We stopped talking to each other since high school and got back in touch when I moved back to Plano.

Mid-Autumn Festival is a traditional Chinese festival. It is on August 15th of the lunar calendar each year, when the moon is the brightest. The festival is known for family reunion over moon cakes – sorta like Thanksgiving family reunion over turkey.
